  • What days/times can I schedule a Luxury Picnic?
    Our Luxury Picnic hours include: M-F (5pm - 8pm) Wed (CLOSED) Sat-Sun (12pm - 8pm)
  • How can I book a Luxury Picnic?
    Thank you for your interest in booking one of our picnics! Step 1: Fill out our "Reservation Form" at the top of our website under "Luxury Picnic Packages." Step 2: Upon approval of your requested date/time, we will send a separate link to our packages for purchase. As a reminder, your reservation is not confirmed until we receive payment to secure your spot in our calendar! Step 3: ENJOY :)
  • How far in advance should I schedule my Luxury Picnic?
    You can schedule as far in advance as you would like to make sure you reserve your spot on our calendar as it fills up quickly! However, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 5 days' notice before your anticipated gathering to allow preparation.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Life happens. If you need to cancel your picnic entirely, we will issue you a full refund (minus perishable add-ons if you cancel the day of) sent back to your account in 3-5 business days.
  • If weather-related issues arise on the day of my picnic, what are my options?
    We generally give clients three options when it comes to this circumstance: 1. We can reschedule for a later date/time and you would offer us a few possible options on your end. 2. If you would like to remain on your booking date, we can bring the Luxury Picnic indoors within your home or covered patio. 3. You have the option to cancel your picnic entirely with a full refund (minus perishable add-ons) sent back to your account in 3-5 business days.
  • Is alcohol allowed?
    Alcohol is prohibited in most of the Sioux Falls Parks. It is the responsibility of the client to check alcohol laws of any public space or venue being used for one of our picnics. QBIC Luxury Picnics LLC does not offer alcoholic beverages and takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occured.
  • Do you provide food & beverages?
    YES! We provide a mouthwatering charcuterie board from our local partner (Cultivated In Love) and choice of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider or Boxed Water to quench your thirst. In addition, we provide dessert for your sweet tooth from a number of our partners including Nothing Bundt Cakes, Sioux Falls Chef, Cultivated in Love, and Blush Bakery by Kate! If you would like to bring additional food and/or supper, you are more than welcome to do so!
